TL-SG2424 stops responding to ping...

I factory reset the switch and setup my config via the 192.168.0.1 IP. I also update the static IP to be 192.168.1.2 and save settings. At this point, everything works. I have not narrowed down the time this part takes, but after XX time, the IP I set stops responding and the web-interface @ that IP is unreachable. Switch works as expected [seemingly], but I cannot access the config anymore [Web or CLI] until I factory reset again and do the initial setup.
Any ideas?
-Thanks!

I factory reset this again around 20:30 EDT. No issues so far [tho I made one change from the normal and disabled IPV6 to see if this is causing any issues possibly]. WIll advise again when i see access has been lost.

When you cannot access the web interface, can you ping 192.168.1.2? Maybe you can try to modify your IP again and change your username/password.

No, when it goes dark, ping is dead. Honestly, i don't recall if i set a static IP on the SG2424 or allowed an external DHCP give it a [static-assigned] IP address previously, but since i did the factory reset the other day and gave it the static IP, via the web-management console on SG2424, it has continued to be accessible. I will give it more time and see what happens...
Thanks for the suggestion!

Took longer than expected, but a ping monitor I setup caught it when it stopped responding. Switch is up and working, as it is passing all traffic sent through it [I am online now], but I cannot ping it or access it from the network anymore...
Any suggestions outside of a factory reset again?

Telnet or SSH also failed?
Maybe the Switch's IP has been changed and could you confirm that you didn't use DHCP to get IP address on the switch?
If you cannot access the CLI interface, I don't know other ways in addition to reset.

Happens with Static IP assigned or DHCP [statically assigned in router]. I have IP scanning tools and they confirm that the device is not responding to any IP address in my 192.168.1.0 /24 subnet. I have not tried to see if it reverted back to its Factory-Default IP, but I would assume not, as that is a different subnet and would likely have broken my switching ability on the current subnet.
After it goes "dark" like this, the IP address assigned to it just does not respond [ping/ssh/telnet/ARPANET queries... ;-) ]. I have let it go for over a year in the past [of being console-unreachable] and it never showed any issues on the switch itself and continues to pass traffic normally.
--quite the scenario...

Did you get to the bottom of this? I have just had the same thing happen to me. The device was working fine and being monitored by an network monitor, I have just tried to login to the HTTPS interface of the device, and all of a sudden it loses the ability to be pinged, which means I also cannot get to it on https or telnet. I have another switch configured next to this and this is working just fine. It seemed to be the connecion to the web interface that stopped layer 3 from working.
