Different VLAN sharing one gateway to internet

I've recently acquired one unit T1600G-28PS.
I got stumped by a task requiring me to pit two vlans on one gateway out to internet.
The purpose is because to prevent congested network traffics across a L2+ switch that's supplying connectivity across 30+ cameras on two DVRs. These cameras are however not connected to the DVR independant POE ports. It's connected to some poe switches and goes through one cat6 cable back to the T1600G-28PS switch. A PABX,10 IP phones ,two DVRs and 30+ ip cameras are sharing the T1600G-28PS switch . I figured that if these will cause a bad traffic congestion if improper configuration was done.
The below structure will indicates what i'm trying to explain.
VLAN 10 -> Perimeter surveillance NVR along with it's camera.(16 cameras) . The 16 cameras are connected to a separated POE switches which will be connected back in 2 - 3 Cat 6 cables which will occupy 4 ports of the T1600G-28PS.
VlLAN 20 -> Internal surveillance NVR along with it's camera ( 11 Cameras). These are linked to a separated POE switch which is connected back in 1-2 Cat 6 Cables which will occupy 3 ports of the T1600G-28PS.
VLAN 30 -> PABX and IP phones. These are linked directly to T1600G-28PS which will occupy 11 ports.
TO sum this up in a summary.
IP:192.168.0.1 VLAN1 and PVID 1(Untagged) (Default) Port 1-2
IP:192.168.10.254 VLAN10 and PVID 10 (Untagged)-> Port 3-7
IP:192.168.20.254 VLAN20 and PVID 20 (Untagged) -> Port 8 -11
IP:192.168.30.254 VLAN 30 and PVID 30 (Untagged) -> Port 12 - 23.
Now i'm trying to implement VLAN10 and VLAN20 having access to internet and reachable through the internet.
Gateway : 192.168.0.1
VLAN 10 (internet access)
VLAN 20 (internet access)
VLAN30 (No need internet at all )
I followed some sites guide (netgear) since tplink does not seems to have a guide lying anywhere on the net about allowing different vlans to connect to the net.
It instructed about creating a vlan IP on each VLAN ID.(As indicated on top)
And the next thing is to create a static routing on the L2+ switch which is TPlink T1600G-28PS.
I tried the below static routing.
Destination:192.168.10.0 subnet 255.255.255.0 and Next hop:192.168.0.2 Distance i did not put. So it was created with a value of 1.
Destination 192.168.20.0 subnet 255.255.255.0 and next hop 192.168.0.2 . Same distance as first one.
I'm using ASUS RT-N14UHP.(It does not comes with a VLAN feature) However it does have static routing features.
ON Asus RT-N14UHP.
I static routed under LAN -route options.
Network/Host IP: 192.168.10.0 . Subnet Mask :255.255.255.0 . Gateway : 192.168.10.254 and Metric i input 2.
Network/Host IP: 192.168.20.0 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 Gateway 192.168.20.254 and metric 2 as well.
Before doing portforwarding on router side. I decides to test if it is able to connect to the net.
I plug in my laptop to port 3 and configure my pc's tcp/ip configuration manually instead of DHCP because T1600G-28PS does not has an independant DHCP server feature. This requires a L3 managed switch.
Laptop IP:192.168.20.3 subnet mask 255.255.255.0 gateway : 192.168.20.254. DNS1 : 192.168.0.2
It was unable to connect to internet .
May i know what went missing ? Or is this actually possible ?
