Good decision to use CPE510. Sure this will work. But note that latest hardware version of CPE510 (not CPE520!) doesn't have a second port anymore. You would have to connect the Ubiquiti AP (it's an AP, not an antenna) to the LAN ports of the router. Also CPE510 need to be connected with LAN, that's one of the four yellow ports labeled LAN1 to LAN3 of your router. Port LAN4 could be used also, but you need to assign it to LAN, not WAN.

As for grounding the outdoor APs, see the installation guide available for download on the support site for CPE510 before buying/assembling a cable.

i have DSL now. so i use DSL port on my router now. but i want to change provider. so i will have one more client antena. i dont know if it is Ubiquiti. i just use it as image. i will use new antena for conecting to internet. and my new CPE510 for sharing network to building2. my question is, that if i can use first port on CPE510 to conect to wan port on router. second port i will connect second antena or AP or how it call. in the end there will be only on cable to router. can i use this option? will router know what to do?
or must i use 2 cables for 2 antenas?

Again: Current CPE510 does not have a second port anymore. See the installation guide: http://static.tp-link.com/7106507132_Pharos_V2_Installation Guide.pdf

So you will need two cables for connecting two Access Points to you router.
