I have this switch directly in the path from the Asus router. Most of the time it works totally fine. Then eventually it slow from 1G speeds to 100mbs... It's capping the speed for some reason. If I restart the Switch it all works fine again...
Anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions?

So strange! Did you change the cable and port did the test? I suggest you only connect my pc to this switch and did the test.
Normally, this issue is due to incompatibility. But as your said, the speed is change to 100Mbps gradually.
I do not think only connect one computer, you will still meeting this issue.
