T2600G-28TS Doesn't show diagnostic information (DDM) from SM311LM

Issues: Failed to get DDM status from SM311LM module
TP-LINK Model: T2600G-28TS V 2.0
Firmware Version: 2.0.0 Build 20170928 Rel.34921(s)
Bootloader: Version: TP-LINK BOOTUTIL(v1.0.0)
TP-LINK SFP Model: SM311LM V 3.0
1. I insert n. 2 SFP modules respectively in ports 27 and 28, and both link are working correctly
2. Enabled DDM under Switching, DDM
3. Under Switching, DDM, DDM Status report no informations (ports 25 thru 28).
4. I get out one SFP module and I put it into a microtik switch, here I can get SFP diagnostics informations (Model, capability, RxPower, TxPower ....).
What's wrong?
In this application it is really important for us to get Fiber optic diagnostics and setup alarms to idetify fiber optic link prefailure.
