Devices being redirected every 10 minutes back to Facebook Portal on EAP225

Model: EAP225 Hardware Version : V2 Firmware Version : 1.2.0 Build 20170828 Rel. 67446 EAP Controller Version : Version: 2.5.3 Two odd things are happening, the portal will launch properly on Android and you can check in. It goes to the second page where it says Click to continue browsing. Which doesn't respond. No matter what you do. You can close the window and browse without issue but after 10 minutes, it redirects you back to successful login page click continue browsing to access the internet. Which doesn't happen. Iphones do not see the portal, they can go directly out to the internet without having to check in on the Portal at all. Disabled the portal and the users can use the Wireless without issue. I do not think this is expected behaviour :D Any ideas why? |
