MC110CS 10/100 MBPS media converter

We are used 10/100 MBPS TPLINK-MC110CS - 2 nos. for IP camera, below problems faced at site(redline).
The fiber cable distance is 2000mts from control panel to cameras location.
The communication was failed between converter to converter through fiber cable single mode.(MC110Cs 2 No's used)
At control room tested through patch cable(3mts length) between converter to convertor its working fine.
The fiber OPTIC cable continuity its good.
Can you suggest the technical comments
