Create a pptp VPN from client windows to TL-R600VPN v3

Good day, I need to create a vpn between my office and my windows10 pc.
In the office I connected the TL-R600VPN after the router of my provider, on the router I created a dmz to the TL-R600VPN.
in account setting I cretion the user with password, setting the status to enabled.
on the client I created the VPN by putting the public ADSL address of the office.
by connecting I see that it verifies the username and password, then after a few seconds returns the following error:
you should be able to establish a connection with the remote computer. The port used for the connection has been closed.
