Can someone suggest How to connect a TL-SG5428 TP-Link JetStream 24 Port to the internet using a Internet provider's router and What port to use.

Are you sure the model number is TL-SG5428? I guess the model number is TL-SL5428 or TL-SL5428E. But these switchs are Layer 2 switch, You can not configure NAT or routing protocol on them. What is your demand?
