Hi everyone,
I have issues trying to connect my new TL-ER604W to a remote VPN (NordVPN) as a client.
I tried to set a L2TP connection type in Network/WAN settings, but it never connects.
I looked also in VPN/L2TP settings, to set a tunnel as client, but I do not have subnet info, so it doesn't...
Do you have an idea ?
On a basic home router, like my old router, it's simple, you just have to set your credentials and remote server address in WAN/Internet settings.
Why isn't this working on my TL-ER604W ?
Thank you for your help...

For the Network/WAN connection, it can't support encryption. So it must be encrypted in the server side.

Ok, but encryption is not my problem yet...
As I explained, the router is not able to establish a simple connection to my VPN provider, which my old basic linksys router was able to do...

Have you checked with your vpn service provider to make sure about the encryption? I think it could be the point.
