Hi

When I turn ON IGMP Snooping my IP TV is frozen.

I was talking with TP-Link spanish support and they told me that my unit was broken.

After change the bad unit to a new unit the issue is the same.

I can view the IPTV (Movistar) only when IGMP is OFF.....

One reason may cause your issue. There are not IGMP Query packet in your IPTV system. For TP-LINK Easy Smart switch, you can not configure router port, when switch receive IGMP Query packet, switch will configure one port to router port automatically.
But if there are not IGMP query packet be send from Server, the switch will not configure router port.
In my opinion, if you understand IGMP, you can capture the packet in uplink port of switch, you wil find the reason of this issue.
Certainly, you can contact tp-link technical support also. maybe you can contact with their main office tehnical support team(only supports English)

I Suggest you contact with TP-LINK directly, In my opinion, you need capture the packet in Port 12 and port 14.
If you connect STB in port 14, then connect switch to router via port 12. I think you will not meet this issue.
