1. Find the data file associated with EAP Controller on the current PC and move it to the PC where you want to install the EAP C.
2. Uninstall EAPC on the current PC and install it on the new PC.
3. Replace the data with the data file copy from the first PC.

I've stopped EAPC on the 1st PC, copied the folder to the 2nd PC, installed EAPC, executed EAP Discovery to reassign the APs.
Everything went smooth and is running fine now.
