Yes, I have the ES20M. The light turns on gradually as programmed but then goes out after about a minute. I've reset everything several times.

I don't know the model number. Light won't stay on while sitting on toilet. I have to wave my arm every two mins.

@Tony I reinstalled the modem and router and the speed did improve a bit, it varies from 2-3 to 57 KB/s. As mentioned, surfing speed has improved with the AX6000. Thanks all for your support. Kerry
