I think you can email tplink support. It seems the switch has some problem with the app.

Maximum is 32 events for smart plug. if you can only add 16, maybe need to update firmware?

What's your firmware version? On the website, it says the 170525 has fixed the 5GHz issue. Did you change any wireless settings, like channel? I would say change 5GHz security type, SSID and channel....

Seems the router is dead, no lights at all...If no power outage, you should contact tplink for replacement.

Did you check your wiring? Most probably something wrong with the wiring.

Try to set wireless security to AES, don't use auto.
