The tpPLC can only monitor the same network devices and we can't swtich to another directly. Unless we reconnect another wifi or ethernet, we can monitor it.

it's not recommended to use US version. hey, do you have any issue with C7 v2 currently?If no, the current one is ok. I think the company will update fw once there are some bugs need to be fixed.

did you try to login wired or wirelessly? have you tired with other computer or phone?
