Please make sure you have defined the correct INTERNAL PORT. It must be the port that the IP cam provides for remote access (it's usually 80 by default).

What about the Uplink/Downlink/Online led status on the Arris modem when connecting the C3150? Please also compare the LED status when the computer is connected to the modem directly.

When the drive is not available, could you find the drive recognized on the admin page of the router?
