@gpg - pretty much all the ads I've seen state clearly "Neutral Wire Required" - Certainly Amazon does It would be nice if sellers would plaster "NOT FOR OLDER BUILDINGS" on the product page.

@Canswim Replacing the switch on the right is straight forward. The two black wires on the 'old' switch are the line and load wires. Ideally you would test which one is line with a voltage tester....
