Can i separate devices for the same account?

I have several of these smart plugs and I use them for window AC units in my kids rooms. I want to control all of these plugs for my phone but only want to give control to my kids only for the ac in there room. so that means the device need to belong to two different accounts at the same time or is there a way to control access so they only have access to the plug in there room?
