Introducing the New RV30Max and RV20Max Series

Our teams have had the opportunity to test the RV30Max series in our homes over the last few months, and we welcome any questions you may have regarding our own experiences!

Since our first line of vacuums, our teams have completely redesigned the interface and drastically improved the performance our vacuum and mops. Now, our teams are proud to show off our Tapo RV20 and RV30Max Series’ of Robot Vacuum and Mops.

RV30Max Series: The Tapo RV30 Max and RV30 Max Plus are our latest releases, featuring new 3D Real-Time Whole-Home Mapping and Improved Navigation to achieve the most accurate map and path of any of our robot vacuums.

RV20 Series: The Tapo RV20 Series is much the same. However, it does not feature the latest 3D Mapping technology but will still take advantage of LiDAR for path navigation and obstacle avoidance.

Visually, the two are very similar. However, the RV30Max’s added mapping technology will result in a more accurate map, better ability to function in the dark, and quickly path through entire rooms using 360° radar vision via a top-mounted sensor. For the RV20Max Plus and RV30Max Plus, the only difference between their non-plus counterparts is the Auto-Empty Dock which brings extended cleans through its dustbin, and hands-free vacuuming.

A Few Features You Don't Want to Miss Out On:

Multi-Floor Mapping – While your dock has to remain stationary, you are free to take your vacuum to another floor of your home, create a new map, and vacuum that floor as if you didn’t have an auto-empty dock. The RV20Max and RV30Max both support up to 4 Maps/Floors.

Advanced Cleaning Settings—Choose the Direction in which your vacuum should clean your floor, whether it should clean, avoid, or even mop your carpets and Rugs, and Set Virtual Walls and No-Go Zones, Customize Rooms, and More!
