Home Assistant is not an officially supported integration and any support would be up to the developers that create the unofficial integration. For HA this is typically the integrations Github
There have been recent incompatibilities introduced due to our account verification systems, which sounds like it will be addressed in the coming days (however, this seems to have primarily affected cameras) - but we unfortunately cannot provide any support and you would need to reach out to the unofficial integrations' developers.

@rret I'm having the same issue on smart plugs from Tapo. Not sure if/when HA will fix this but it could be on TP-Link or HA end. There are some open issues on Github for it with it being worked on but not yet solved.

@rret For those who have been trying the above with an iPhone with no success, try an Android phone's Tapa App. Once I logged in via the Android App, whatever had been choking things up cleared, and I was able to successfully add three Tapa plugs with ease.
