Model: Tapo C110
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.12

Everytime I restart the camera it's date and time are reset to "2024-02-28 20:59:40"

Where is the camera *supposed* to acquire the current date & time?

  @2old4this,

I believe our cameras will get the date and time from your Router's NTP server, but you can force the timezone at the very least through the Tapo App. I would loginto your router and see if you can verify that the correct time is being reported, however dependng on your network it sounds as though some ISPs can cause the behavior (See this thread on our global forum: https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/269202?sortDir=ASC&page=2)

  @2old4this Thank you.  Do you know which IP address it's using (specific port)?
