Apologies it would not let me enter my model number into the model field.

My light strip no longer turns off. I can turn it on. Change the color, brightness, etc. but when I power off the light fades down and then fades up again in red.

i usually control this with Amazon Alexa and I get the same result. I've unlinked it and done a factory reset but no change. 

the only way to actually get no light from the strip is to unplug it.
