As you can see in the attached images, for some reason the iOS widgets are showing an hour early compared to the app and the video time stamps, which are correct. I've confirmed that the cameras are both set to central (Chicago) time, as is the phone (and iPad). These initially worked fine (matched), but after a couple days got off. Any ideas?
Just a quick update - after a lot of other troubleshooting, on my own and with support, finally got around to trying something obvious and reasonably painless - deleting and reinstalling the app, and re-adding the widgets. And all is again well. Hopefully it stays!
Sadly, the fix does not stick. TP folks are currently troubleshooting, examining logs, etc....
