Is there a proper way to setup Matter devices with the Tapo hub on the Google Nest Display using the sub-ghz protocol. I have a smart home setup through Google Home that I'm trying to "declutter" by using Matter. Most of the devices have already been setup in Tapo then added to Google Home by utilizing the "Works with Google" and adding Tapo deivces. My Tapo devices are,

 - 6 L535 bulbs

 - 2 P125M plugs

 - 1 D130 doorbell 

 - 1 C310 camera

 - 1 H100

Non Tapo

 - 4 Matter Bulbs 

Since the Tapo devices were added through the Tapo app they need to be factory reset. When I added them through Google Home with the QR code, the Tapo Hub still says 0 connected devices and when I try In the Tapo app when I tap (+) there's not option to add a matter devices. Is the hub supposed to be added to Google Home 1st or Tapo? And the remaining devices? 

I'd really appreciate a nudge in the right direction.  If I need to clarify anything please let me know.
