I'm wondering if someone can point me in a direction to see if this is possible. My camera is set up to catch my dogs if they are doing something wrong. I have motion detection on to follow them if they enter a room. 

I'm hoping there is a way to enable the camera to go into patrol mode. If it does not detect motion. Then, if it detects motion, it follows that motion like normal. And then, after a while of no motion, returns to patrolling.

Is this possible?
