In most cases, that should work.  However, we cannot say with 100% certainty.  In some cases, usually with older network devices they may also bind to the old network MAC address, in which case a reset may be requeired.  In most cases though, as long as the Username and Password are the same the network devices should connect back to the new router with little issue.
