Trying to view recorded video and I keep getting the message "Camera is Busy - you have another device viewing the pre-recorded videos.  End streaming there to watch on this device."

I have no other devices connected.  I have tried turning the camera off and a few minutes later turning it back on.  Nothing works and I continue getting this message.  
Aside from doing another hard reset is there something I can do to fix this?  Anyone else have this problem?  If so, what did you do to fix it?  It's been like this for 2 days now.

So I tried turning 24/7 recording off and on again.  It already says "off" and where you would turn it on there is a spinning circle and it won't give me a switch to turn it on.
