For your phone, I would first double-check your phone settings such as Do Not Disturb, allowed notification types, and even the battery settings of your phone, as the Tapo app may be put to sleep.

For the tapo app, I would double-check that you have turned notifications on for the specific camera; this is separate from the push notification settings found under 'Me' and can be easily overlooked.

After confirming all the above settings you may consider reinstalling the app to your phone, as this will likely reset any settings that may be causing issues.
