I would make sure that everything is fine on your network. This sounds as though your doorbell may be having a difficult time connecting to the network or internet. Behavior like this could be from a poor network connection, or from having multiple routers on your network.
How are you viewing the live stream, while your phone is connected to your Wi-Fi network or while your phone is connected to your mobile network?
If connected to your mobile network, you may also consider changing the DNS settings of your network to see if there is any change.
How is your doorbell connected? Does it have a strong WI-Fi connection?
