Installed the unit in september, camera suddenly stopped working. Doorbell chime still working, re-installed several times , no luck. Not receiving WiFi signal.
Any help apprieated.
When you say chime do you mean the plug-in chime connected to the wall or the tone when you push the button? Are there any lights lit on the Doorbell? Have you tried to reset the device back to default and reconfigure it? If so has it completed the process?
