Model: KP115
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.16

I've added a KP115 to my system and have been using it to monitor the fridge.

Current power value updates regularly and seems to be accurate. When the fridge is actively cooling it's using ~100W, when on standby it's around 0.5W.

None of the cumulative statistics are updating though - total consumption etc. all read 0.00kWh. All the runtime statistics are showing "-". Total consumption must be > 0.01 kWh now, and it's definitely been on.

Accessing the device through the Kasa iOS app, and updated it today.

Is the plug faulty, or is there something I can do?

Hello   @GWax

You could try a factory reset on the kasa plug Kp115 Press and hold (for 10 seconds) until the LED flashes amber rapidly to factory reset the Smart Plug Slim.

Try a different home appliance that connected to plug and see if that makes any difference.

If this plug has been worked for a pretty long time, you could try to reach the retailer or local support to check the device warranty.

@GWax Glad to know a factory reset worked, sounds like a glitch on device and now fixed by reset.
