I tried to get support and it changes the model number to 105. The plug clearly say hs103v5. A power outage knocked out all my smart plugs and lights. this is too crazy to have to go to each individual plug or light bulb to get them re-connected.  Isn't there a better way? Can't I hook them all up together and just reconnect one thing?  Better yet, isn't there some way to not lose them in a power outage, some kind of battery pack?
