Upgraded DECO M5(x5) to X60(x3), kept two of M5s for outer range of network (outdoor yard range). HS103s (2 of them) are in same room with one of the M5s, but connecting to X60 (per DECO app) in reasonably nearby room.  Getting Local only on one of the two HS103s.  Address reservation set on both HS103 devices.  All TP-s Link system, so easy to resolve I hope.  If not would like to process refund on X60s.  I'll also have some M5s on eBay soon for those interested.  I will begrudgingly become a no TP-Link house.  Happy customer since first M5s and early smart plugs and KC102 cameras.  Loyalty to a company depends on good service.  X60 upgrade great except for this, but need those plugs to work. Going backwards to M5s is not an option.
