KL430 only lights up half way.
When the lights first arrived I had an issue where when I plugged in both strips to the power connector only the first strip lit just too about 3 inches short of the second one. After some fidgeting, i got both strips to light. I unplugged the outlet on accident now it's back to the same problem and I'm not sure what to do. I also know that the lights do work.

Thank you for the photo, but I failed to open that link.
May I know did you ever bend the light strip into a form of sharp corner. If certain segment / beads of light strip got some issue, and factory reset does not help, that could be defect on the light strip, you could contact retailer or local support to device warranty. Hope this helps.
