I have used this for a year. Today, the lights all stayed on and couldn't turned off from the switch or app.

All the dimmable led on the switch worlds, wifi connects. I've reset it, and it still doesn't turn off the lights.

 

Any ideas?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Sorry to reply you late. 

Please try to reset HS220 again: press and hold reset button not restart button for about 10 seconds until the Wi-Fi status LED blinks amber rapidly to factory reset the Smart Dimmer.

If Wi-Fi light doesn't change at all during reset, I am afraid this device has hardware issue. We recommend reaching out to the local tech support, so they can work with you in looking into the issue further or help with the replacement:
