Multiple but not all power strips and smart plugs are grayed out in app
I am having an issue with some of my model KP303 power strips being grayed out. Just purchased last week. Alll worked for a couple of days. Now out of the 7 I installed only 2 are recognized. Hardware version 2.0. Firmware 1.0.3. For some reason I can select this device from your forum drop down box though it appears on list. HELP!
