HS103 no longer works with shortcuts in iOS
HS103 no longer works with shortcuts in iOS
For some reason yesterday my shortcuts stopped working. If I speak "lights out" usually it turns out. Instead I get the first error message in this screenshot.
If go into 'shortcuts' and manually tap on it, I get the second error.
Anyone else having this or know how to fix?

I emailed support they sent me a link on shortcuts not working with Alexa. I'm not using Alexa. It's like they didn't even read the email.
have you tried removing and adding back the shortcuts? I'd rather not but seems we may have to.

I posted this elsewhere:
Model: HS105
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.0.22
Since the latest App update v2.35.0 on October 14, 2021, all of my Siri shortcuts stopped working on iOS 15.0.2.
If I add a new shortcut, it also will fail.
Siri reports: "Sorry, something went wrong"
The Shortcuts app also reports the same error and will not control the device.
The app can still control all of my Kasa devices okay.
Out of curiosity, I tried with another device where the app was not updated and the Kasi Siri shortcuts work fine.
Using iMazing, I replaced the new, updated app with a backup (v2.30.0 build 903) and it works fine with Siri and the Shortcuts app.

I am using an iPhone 11 Pro at 15.0.2.
The app version with the shortcut issue is the one that was just updated on October 14, 2021, Version 2.35.0 (Build 973).

Wow, I sure hope the fix is not to go through each plug and switch to get shortcuts working again. That would be upsetting (I have numerous plugs)
I downgraded my app and do not have the newest app installed now so I cannot test this.
I did notice others on Reddit are having the same problem, so I suspect either it is an app bug or they removed the option to work with shortcuts (without notifying users so I would think doubtful).
I did see this article...the reason I wonder about the removal of the shortcut option: https://9to5mac.com/2021/10/11/tp-link-homekit-smart-plug/
