I have three KL130 colour bulbs in my living room. In addition to the Kasa app, I am thinking about purchasing either the HS200 or HS220 to control them.

How do the HS200 and HS220 switches interact with KL130 colour bulbs?

Do the switches regulate power output to standard filament and dimmable LED bulbs? If so, how does this work with KL130 bulbs, which already have on-board power regulation?
