I'm trying to install the Kasa HS220 Smart Dimmer switch. I've hooked up all of the wires but when I turn the power back on the switch does not turn on (the green symbol doesn't illuminate) I've posted a picture here if anyone is able to help me understand what the issue is. Thank you

You might need a trained person to check the wiring.

 

But with a red wire, that could mean the outlet is a three-way switch (light controlled by two switches). If so, then the HS220 won't work. If the red wire goes to the light, then the black wire is the live wire.
