I want to know if KASA cameras and other devices such as smart power stripd be sharded across 2 or more accounts. This would be very helpful if possible.

You currently are only able to control your Kasa devices with one TP-Link ID. If a second person wanted to access the device they would need the same ID and password.
So you are not able to do that.
