First a big shout out to Mike P. For helping with the strobe issue? I implemented your fix and it's working! Thank you!

New Problem: I have two reading lights a switch for each. I thought it would be easy until I took the switch out, as you can see there are three wires alone on one switch and one of them is jumping to the other switch. Any help is appreciated.

@Porchbeers

on the switch with 3 wries:

Connect the two wires to one of the black wires on the HS200, connect the other wire to the secound black wire on the HS200.

Hopefully you have a white(neutral) in the box under a wirenut. Connect that to the white wire on the HS200.

@B.Will  thanks. Should I connect the "jumper" going between switches between two blacks on on each of the HS200s?

@Porchbeers

Treat the two black wires on the HS200 as the two screws on the switch.

So the switch on the left in your picture has the each wire going to the black wires on the switch.

The switch on the right has two going to one black wire and the other to the second black wire of the HS200.
