Model: HS210
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.8

I'm in the US and a number of hallways I want to put HS210s on. For each hallway, I've installed two HS210s and they're all exibiting the same behavior. On each circuit, one switch appears to be the "master" and needs to be on in order for either switch to work. The other switch only works (e.g. can switch the light on or off) if the first switch is on. If the first switch is NOT on, the second switch appears to be dead - doesn't show any signal or highlighted circle, can't reset, etc.

My normal dumb switches never had this problem - if one switch was "off", the other switch could still switch the light "off", it would just require turning it to "on" and the light would switch.

Did I do somethnig wrong here? Thanks!

@Nonce

Sounds like a wiring issue.

Do you have before pictures of the switches?
