Hello, I have 3 KC200 cameras on my home network.  I have been experiencing intermittent network / internet connectivity issues on my home network since installing them.  After troubleshooting devices (like laptop, iPhone, Apple TV, etc.) I discovered they were getting a DHCP offer with an invalid gateway address - and finally narrowed it down to every time, the gateway address was one of my KC200 cameras.  After unplugging all 3 KC200's, the issue resolved.

 

It seems a DHCP server is running on this firmware version.  Another user reported this as well, and I tagged onto that post with my firmware version; hope this helps.

Make sure to reset the cameras and install them back into Kasa, if you still notice any issues get a hold of our smart home team at: Kasa.Support@tp-link.com

 

They will likely ask for additional information to look into your issue further.

As the other user said, I've reset and set up my cameras from scratch, with the same issue occurring.  So I need to go to the support team rather than forums with this info?

Same issues here with 2 cameras. Anyone find a resolution. Firmware 2.2.1.9
