Moved into a home that has Hs200 switch.   I added a device in Kasa, it tells me the switch is already configured and I should reset.   I tell it yes.   when it progresses to the step to name the device it fails "something went wrong".   I also tried hard reset via button.    any suggestions?

If you haven't alreadty frist make sure you are htting the reset and not reboot button.  I know the text is small and its hard to see which is which.  Then try holding it down for 30 seconds.  If you are still unable to setup the device we would need to obtain its MAC address to see if we can locate the account it was associated with and remove it.
