I've seen it asked a couple times in this forum but couldn't find a response.

It would be nice to have a simple way toggle a smart plug off and back on with a configurable short timer which will reboot the device that's plugged into it, and it needs to be locally controlled in case the plugged in device turns off the network.

(I posted this same question a couple days ago, but it never made it to the forum)
