Red light in the evening, blue light in the morning. Should be simple.

I want to set my KASA bulbs so that when I turn them on between 5:00-17:00, they are more of a blue color and when it's evening around 17:00-22:00, they are more of a red. I don't want them to turn on automatically, though. I just want them to remember what color corresponds to what time slot so when I do turn them on they respond properly.
Someone, anyone, please help me with this.
