Hi,
Trying to install my smart plugs. I plug them in, follow the instructions in the app and finally get to a screen titled "Device Name" where it prompts me "Let's give it a friendlier name, like Living Room Lamp".
Whatever I do, when I hit next it tells me "FAILED" and just stays on that screen asking for a name. I have tried with two different smart plugs (i bought a set).
Any ideas?
