LB120 lightbulb turns on at the wrong time

I recently purchased an LB120 lightbulb. I configured it in the Kasa app on my iPhone, including location and time zone, and then set up a schedule so that it automatically turns on at 6:00am. The problem is that it consistently turns on between 3am and 4am. I verified in "Device Settings" for the lightbulb in the Kasa app, the time zone listed is correct and the Device Time is the same as the current time. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
