1. Wait about 15s, then sign out and sign in the kasa app. 2. If the bulb is not showing on Devices, make certain your phone is connected to the router WiFi. 3. Double check your WiFi password (I know many of you would think you know the password. Find it on the router's admin interface, or forget the WiFi on your phone, reconnect, to verify your password). 4. Pay attention to small things. When it comes to "joining your network", look carefully, the network you are joining is the one same on your other devices. 5. Sometimes change channel on your router helps. 6. Contact tplink support.
