Always mapping
Why does my unit always mapping? I ran a map run first thing. After that I check the map and then initialize a cleaning routine, but seem like this robot vacuum stop cleaning half way and start to mapping, the thing is.... it's just sitting next the dock with Lidar going... I let it be like that from 10pm to 10am the next day, it still sat in the same docking spot (with the lidar on, checked with security camera). Today I tried again and the same thing happened. So stopped the mapping mode after it sitting still for 5 hours. Then the next hour I started a map run again, but somehow now it's just stuck near the dock with lidar on again. Very frustrating.....
Ok I deleted some map, tried it again. Still stuck or can't find home base. Luckily for the remote control option, with the security camera I was able to move the bot close to the home base and hit return home/doc one more time and it finally find the base right next to it lol.
With new map I am conclusion that this bot need solfware update for sure, as you can clearly see it would avoid big empty space in the middle on all the map.
